About the Header Image

The two images used in the header are meant to symbolize American Unity.

The American flag symbolizes the United States and the other symbol is meant to symbolize parts of the unified whole.

The inner circle symbolizes middle America while the outer four pieces symbolize the Northwest, Southwest, Northeast and Southeast regions of the United States. When the outer portions of the image are brought in close to the inner circle, they form a single, contiguous circle.

The circle has no beginning and no end. No division. Only a single, unified structure from pieces that make up the whole such that the combined form is stronger and more stable than its disparate pieces. In its combined form, it symbolizes American Unity.
